Tell us whether you have a head-up display
BMW describes head-up display systems that project information onto specially designed windscreen glass. If speed or navigation information appears on your windscreen, mention it when requesting a quote. This helps identify the appropriate glass variant.

The model name is the starting point
A 3 Series name alone does not identify the generation, body style or fitted equipment. Include the registration and, if known, the model year and body style. For a 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, X3 or X5 enquiry, we check the actual vehicle rather than assume a shared windscreen.
Send a photo of the area around the rear-view mirror. Tell us about rain sensors, cameras or any glass markings you can see; these are quote details, not a request to remove any trim.
Agree the glass and appointment together
Ask which glass specification is being quoted, what happens to existing fittings, and whether any camera-related work is required. The price and mobile appointment are confirmed after those details and your postcode are checked.
