Separate the vehicle family from its equipment
Send the registration plus Golf, Polo, Passat, Transporter, Caddy or the actual model name. Include the year if known and photos of the damage and mirror area. The model badge alone does not establish heating, sensors or camera fittings.
For a van, confirm the place and the downtime
If a Transporter or Caddy is used for deliveries, trades or passenger transport, include its working schedule in the enquiry. A workplace visit needs suitable space and permission, and you need time for the specified drive-away wait as well as installation.
